Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking a Regional Security Leader to manage a portfolio of 5–12 client projects across the Northeast and Midwest from a remote-based position with 50–75% travel. You will lead security operations, ensure licensing compliance, and drive regional revenue growth while mentoring site teams and coordinating with Safety, Operations and Technology.

The role reports to the Regional Director of Site Operations and requires a strong security background, budgeting skills, and a proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in security management, law enforcement, or private security ops; construction/industrial experience preferred.
• 2+ years in security leadership overseeing multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of Ohio security regulations and licensing.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and manage budgets.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 50–75% within the region.
• Must pass background screening and drug test.
• Must meet Ohio QA requirements and pass trainings/exams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day regional operations for 5–12 client sites.
• Lead start-ups and onboarding for new client sites.
• Develop and coach Site Security Coordinators and Officers.
• Own regional staffing plans and resource allocation.
• Ensure licensing compliance and security standards.
• Drive regional revenue growth and upsell opportunities.
• Partner with Safety, Operations and Technology teams.
• Develop training and onboarding for staff.
