Vesta Home is seeking a motivated sales professional to grow a regional portfolio across our staging and luxury lease offerings. You will drive revenue through consultative selling, nurture key relationships, and maintain a disciplined pipeline with autonomy.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams and use Salesforce to track prospects, opportunities, and forecasts, while achieving activity targets and expanding strategic accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of sales or account management experience.
• Proven success in quota-driven environments.
• Experience selling to real estate, developers, or related clients.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow an assigned region's client accounts, including high-value ones.
• Generate new business via outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Own full sales cycle from discovery to contract and handoff.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Track activity and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
