Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Area Manager to lead performance and operations across 6-8 schools in the Denver area. You will drive strategic plans, ensure safety/compliance and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will collaborate with School Directors to boost enrollment and profitability, manage area budgets, and coach leaders. Travel is required, and a strong data-driven approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience.
• 5 years of leadership in a general manager or equivalent role.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and improving KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Data interpretation and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute area-wide business plans to hit targets.
• Ensure performance targets with focus on growth, safety, and compliance.
• Collaborate with School Directors to improve performance and profitability.
• Cascade priorities to school directors and ensure consistent execution.
• Drive revenue growth and monitor area KPIs and costs.
• Identify opportunities and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare and manage area budgets and expenses.
• Review location financials and take corrective actions.
• Identify trends and implement continuous improvement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and prompt issue resolution.
• Ensure consistent operations across all schools (workforce, quality, compliance).
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop school directors; conduct reviews and coaching.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and succession planning.
