Job summary

The Learning Experience in Colorado is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multiple schools within the assigned area. You will drive enrollment, staff development, and performance while ensuring compliance with licensing and health and safety standards.

Travel approximately 85% locally and regionally is expected. A strong background in early childhood operations and P&L analysis will support successful oversight and growth across the territory.

Qualifications

• Early childhood education experience in a licensed childcare environment required.
• 5+ years of multi-unit, district, franchise, or field operations leadership experience preferred.
• Experience coaching and developing multi-site leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of childcare operations, licensing, and compliance.
• Ability to analyze P&L statements, budgets, KPIs, and business performance.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field preferred.
• Must reside within the assigned area (Colorado or Tennessee) and travel ~85% locally and regionally.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all assigned Schools meet or exceed NVK and TLE Health and Safety Standards, in compliance with state licensing and TLE franchise standards.
• Accountable for meeting or exceeding KPIs at the Area and School level: Utilization, Student Retention, Staff Turnover, Payroll Percentage, Lead to Tour Conversion.
• Conducts regular onsite visits and coaches Center Directors and School leadership teams.
• Drives enrollment, retention, staffing, family experience, and operational performance.
• Analyzes P&L statements, labor, enrollment, revenue, and weekly scorecard results; implements support conversations and action plans with underperforming Schools.
• Coaches and develops Center Directors to Core Values; supports recruiting, training, and retention with Talent Acquisition.
• Supports licensing visits, operational reviews, Self-Inspection audits, and corrective action plans.
• Partners with Marketing and other teams to strengthen enrollment and local market performance.
• Supports new School openings and operational readiness within the area.
• Addresses parent concerns with care and escalates to the Regional Manager when needed.
