Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple schools across the region. You will coach Center Directors, drive enrollment and retention, and ensure health and safety standards meet licensing and TLE franchise guidelines. This role requires travel and strong business acumen.

You’ll analyze P&L, labor, enrollment, and performance metrics, and partner with Talent Acquisition to support staffing and training. A bachelor's degree and prior multi-site leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site operations and driving performance metrics.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to read P&L,Budgets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned Schools meet NVK and TLE Health and Safety standards.
• Meet or exceed KPIs at the Area and School level (Utilization, Retention, Turnover, Payroll, Lead to Tour).
• Coach Center Directors and School leadership teams onsite.
• Drive enrollment, retention, staffing, and operational performance.
• Analyze financials and scorecards; implement improvement plans for underperforming schools.
• Support licensing visits and self-inspection processes; collaborate with Marketing to boost enrollment.
