• Addressing operational problems that arise.
• Liaising between regional branches and headquarters.
• Ensuring consistent customer service levels.
• Making recommendations to senior management.
• Comfortable with computers and able to troubleshoot.
• Motivated to learn and grow salon teams.
• Attending weekly calls and collaborating with peers and the Regional Director.
