SmartStyle Salons is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of hair salons. You will recruit, train, and manage salon managers and stylists, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency across locations. A cosmetology license is required and daily travel to sites is expected.

You will drive customer service standards, monitor budgets, and coordinate marketing efforts while coordinating with regional leaders to maintain regulatory compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology or barber license is required.
• Must be comfortable with travel on a daily basis.
• Experience leading multi-salon teams and coordinating regional operations.
