Job summary

Driving Academy is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee franchise sales training across locations and monitor their performance to maximize results. The role guides franchises to improve operations while ensuring adherence to Driving Academy policies and procedures.

The position requires travel between a local base and franchise sites, strong leadership, and the ability to coach management toward success in a fast-growing company that offers a Health Insurance Stipend and 401K with matching.

Qualifications

• 5 years in Direct Sales experience
• 3 years in Management or Supervisory experience
• 3 years Sales Training experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (optional)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Must possess or be able to earn a CDL

Responsibilities

• Oversees the initial training of new franchise locations.
• Conducts and leads in sales training of new Driving Academy locations.
• Provides individual coaching to franchise management to ensure leadership success.
• Coordinates with franchise leadership to ensure compliance with Driving Academy policy and practices.
• Establishes and tracks KPIs as metrics for organizational success.
• Assesses franchise location performance via standardized rubric to identify key methods of increasing success.
• Coordinates with franchise owners in developing strategies and implementation to address location deficiencies.
• Travels between a local base and franchise locations.
• Delivers reports to key stakeholders regarding performance of the designated region.
• Other related duties as assigned
