With a hybrid work model, the role includes developing sales strategies, training programs, and relationship building. The position offers a salary range of $100,000 – $110,000 annually, with additional commission and incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of relevant sales and/or sales management experience in the medical device industry.
• Preferred Hospital IT/Software Sales Experience.
• Proven success pioneering new products or technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet quotas.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Conduct ongoing training and provide clinical support.
• Assist with sales collateral development.
• Travel up to 75%.
