Our client, in the Industrial Manufacturing Industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative Lead to join their team. As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for leading customer service and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service and order management. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and efficiency.

Location: Work From Home - focused on the Florida surrounding areas

Pay Range: $62 - $70K annually with bonus earning potential

What’s the Job?
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product or service information, address questions or concerns.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Order Management - process orders, changes, and cancellations. Track and update customers on order status. Monitor shipping conditions and routing for accuracy.
What’s Needed?
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong understanding of order management systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP).
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
