What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and develop the market through various lead generation techniques including cold calling and networking
- Manage CRM (Salesforce) database, ensuring accurate updates on customer interactions and sales progress
- Conduct onsite sales calls professionally and efficiently, providing accurate field dimensions and equipment evaluations
- Educate customers on workspace needs and assist in resolving their challenges
- Liaise with the Design Department to keep the design team informed and engaged with clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment preferred
- Proficient in CRM tools, especially Salesforce, for managing sales processes and metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess a current U.S. passport, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of automobile insurance
