Job summary

Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a $300m global apparel manufacturer to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast. The role combines hybrid work from home with on-site customer visits, requiring frequent domestic travel and occasional international travel.

Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 with substantial bonuses and commission; average first-year OTE is $130,000-$140,000. The position reports to the National Sales Manager for the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience within or adjacent to industries requiring workwear.
• Fire Resistant Garment sales experience preferred.
• Workwear sales experience.
• Plus: safety shoe sales experience.
• Availability to travel domestically frequently and internationally occasionally.
• Post-secondary education is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the existing strategy for the business currently set by management.
• Develop sales strategies, presentations, and proposals for new and existing businesses.
• Prospecting, lead generation, cold-calling, and sales negotiations.
• Account and CRM management.
• B2B and B2C sales generation.
• Provide analysis and lead sales forecasting, product forecasting, budgeting, and planning within the region.
• This role will report to the National Sales Manager for the US.

Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a $300m global manufacturer of apparel who is seeking a regional sales manager to join its dynamic team. The opening is for a Regional Sales Manager, based in the Northeast, with responsibility and occasional travel to neighboring states.

Compensation: $80,000-90,000 base salary plus inherited bonuses and commission from your territory. Average year one OTE is $130,000- $140,000.

Location: Hybrid work-from-home and onsite customer visits. Candidates must live in or close to the territory.
