Job summary

Mobile Communications America (MCA) seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Voice division in the South Carolina region. You will drive sales strategy, manage a growing team, and align with regional leadership to hit ambitious targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in sales management, plus familiarity with Two-Way Radio/Land Mobile Radio. Travel as necessary to support customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of successful sales experience, with 3 years in sales management.
• Experience in Two-Way Radio/Land Mobile Radio sales is highly preferred.
• Strong integrity and service-oriented mindset.
• High energy, structured sales approach and coachable.
• Marketing/product knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, develop, set goals, and discipline sales and service staff.
• Set direction, establish goals, train, motivate, and run meetings for alignment.
• Coaching sessions and ride-longs with all sales reps.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Report to Regional VP with timely forecasts and strategic direction.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales plans.
