Regional Sales Manager West - Industrial - Trojan

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within the assigned territory. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meets targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. This position is part of the Sales team and will be remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the face of Trojan Technologies to prospective customers for Mobile Rental and System Sales activities within your territory. Drive new customer acquisition, meet with customers, manage & cultivate strategic partnerships.
• Ensure achievement of sales plans by managing opportunities and sales funnel through Trojan Technologies' CRM.
• Meet or exceed new customer & funnel growth targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Engineering or related science preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel-based selling, or 3+ years managing sales personnel in industrial markets such as Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, Water Markets, or related fields.
• Proven track record of negotiating & closing contracts over $1m in premium-priced products.
• Ability to travel 50-70% throughout the Western United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in the Western US, within an hour of a major airport.
• Experience with Water as a Service or mobile water filtration rentals.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year, plus commission. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and career development opportunities.
