Regional Sales Manager West - Industrial - Trojan

This role involves leading sales growth and expansion within the assigned territory, establishing relationships with key clients, and meeting sales targets. The position is remote and part of the sales team.

Responsibilities include:

• Representing Trojan Technologies to prospective customers for Mobile Rental and System Sales activities within your territory.
• Driving new customer acquisition and managing strategic partnerships.
• Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by managing the sales funnel through CRM.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or related sciences.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel sales, or 3+ years managing sales personnel in industrial markets such as Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, or Water Markets.
• Proven track record closing contracts over $1 million in premium-priced products.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western U.S.

Preferred qualifications:

• Based in the Western U.S., near a major airport.
• Experience with "Water as a Service" or mobile water filtration rentals.
