Regional Sales Manager West - Industrial - Trojan

Job Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within the assigned territory. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meets targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. This position is part of the Sales team and will be remote.

Responsibilities

1. Drive new customer acquisition, meet with customers, and cultivate strategic partner relationships within your territory.
2. Ensure achievement of sales plans by managing opportunities and sales funnel through Trojan Technologies' CRM.
3. Meet or exceed sales growth targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related science.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel-based selling or 3+ years managing sales personnel in industrial markets such as Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, or Water markets.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing contracts over $1m.
• Ability to travel 50-70% of the time throughout the Western US.

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in the Western US, within an hour of a major airport.
• Experience with "Water as a Service" or water mobile filtration rentals.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year, plus commission. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), flexible hours, onboarding, training, career development, and more.
