Regional Sales Manager West - Industrial - Trojan

This role is responsible for the growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within the assigned territory. The position involves establishing professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts, meeting sales targets, and managing opportunities using CRM tools. It is a remote position covering the Western United States.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive new customer acquisition and manage relationships within your territory.
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by managing the sales funnel effectively.
3. Negotiate and close contracts over $1 million, utilizing both channel-based and direct sales strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related science.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel sales, or 3+ years managing sales teams in industrial markets such as Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, etc.
• Proven track record of closing high-value contracts.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western US.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Based near a major airport in the Western US.
• Experience with water mobile filtration rentals or Water as a Service.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 USD annually, plus commission. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
