Job Purpose:
Reporting to our CRO, this position is responsible for two key areas of our revenue growth plans. First, this role will lead the Mass channel strategy, inclusive of growing distribution within these accounts and day-to-day account management. Secondly, this role will be driving new business through new channels with clear revenue goals.
This role forms a vital part of the current and future business model at Mommy’s Bliss as we build our multi-channel strategy in the USA. This position is naturally expected to establish new distribution, increased presence both in store and online and develop annual joint business plans, working collaborative to establish account specific shopper programs and awareness driving tactics in stores.
Key Requirements:
Looking for an optimistic, action-orientated go-getter with strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work as part of a small and intensely collaborative team will be an integral part of the role; problem solving with cross functional teams, coordinating with operations on orders, sharing ideas for innovation, etc. With great account relationship skills, the right candidate is naturally friendly, honest and enjoys connecting with buyers, brokers and other industry colleagues.
As part of a fast-growing company, candidates should have strong relationship and presentation skills, time management, financial acumen and a proven ability to solve problems, forecast and develop detailed and strategic plans for sales. Must possess the skill set to manage volume forecasts, collaborate with marketing teams to develop robust and effective promotional plans within defined budget, driving value to the P&L, while managing an ever-changing/evolving retail landscape.
A minimum of 5+ years' experience with a proven track record of working with consumer goods in the FDM channel and with brokers is a necessity. The ideal candidate will have recent CPG experience of launching and managing a brand within the mass or club channel and would demonstrate industry, channel, and retailer knowledge, while enjoying staying abreast of all current market trends.
This is a full-time remote position with +/-10% Domestic Travel.
