Role responsibilities include expanding sales and profit margins within your territory, building relationships with key personnel, and meeting sales targets.

This remote position is part of the Sales team.

In a typical day, you will:
  • Represent Trojan to prospective customers for Mobile Rental and System Sales in your territory.
  • Drive customer acquisition, manage relationships, and meet sales goals.
  • Manage the sales funnel using our CRM system.
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related science.
  • 8+ years in direct/channel sales or 3+ years managing sales teams in industrial markets.
  • Proven success negotiating contracts over $1M.
  • Willingness to travel 50-70% within the Western US.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Based near a major airport in the Western US.
  • Experience with Water as a Service or mobile filtration rentals.

Compensation for US roles ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, plus commissions. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k).
