Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for expanding direct sales and profit margins within the assigned territory. This role involves establishing professional relationships with key customer personnel, meeting sales targets, and managing the sales funnel through Trojan Technologies' CRM system. The position is remote and part of the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Represent Trojan Technologies to prospective customers for Mobile Rental and System Sales activities within your territory. Drive new customer acquisition, meet with clients, and cultivate strategic partnerships.
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by executing best practices and managing opportunities via the CRM system.
3. Meet or exceed growth targets for new customers and sales funnel development.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related science.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel-based selling, or 3+ years managing sales personnel in industrial markets like Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, or Water markets, including mobile filtration solutions and water treatment services.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing contracts over $1 million in premium-priced products.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in the Western US, near a major airport.
• Experience with 'Water as a Service' or mobile water filtration rentals.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 USD annually, plus commission. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
