Regional Sales Manager West - Industrial - Trojan

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growing and expanding direct sales and profit margins within the assigned territory on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meets targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. This role is part of the Sales team and is remote.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Represent Trojan Technologies to prospective customers for Mobile Rental and System Sales activities within your territory. Drive new customer acquisition, meet with customers, and manage strategic partnerships.
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by managing opportunities and sales funnel through Trojan Technologies' CRM system.
3. Meet or exceed new customer acquisition and funnel growth targets.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or related science preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel-based selling or 3+ years managing sales personnel in industrial markets such as Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, Water, including mobile filtration solutions and water treatment services.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing contracts over $1 million in premium-priced products in both channel and direct sales structures.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western United States.

Preferred qualifications:

• Based in the Western US, within an hour of a major airport.
• Experience with "Water as a Service" or water mobile filtration rentals.

Compensation:

The salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year, plus commission. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k). Compensation may vary based on experience and other factors.
