Regional Sales Manager West - Industrial - Trojan

Position Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within the assigned territory. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meets targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. This position is part of the Sales team and will be remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new customer acquisition, meet with customers, and manage strategic partner relationships within your territory.
  • Ensure achievement of sales plans by managing opportunities through Trojan Technologies' CRM.
  • Meet or exceed sales and funnel growth targets.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related science.
  • 8+ years of experience in direct and channel-based selling or 3+ years in managing sales personnel in industrial markets.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing contracts over $1m.
  • Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Based in the Western US, near a major airport.
  • Experience with 'Water as a Service' or mobile water filtration rentals.
