Position Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growing and expanding direct sales and profit margins within the assigned territory. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meets targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. This position is part of the Sales team and will be remote.

Key Responsibilities

1. Be the face of Trojan to prospective customers for Mobile Rental and System Sales activities within your territory. Drive new customer acquisition, meet with customers, and manage strategic partner relationships.
2. Ensure achievement of sales plans by managing the opportunity/sales funnel through Trojan Technologies' CRM system.
3. Meet or exceed new customer and funnel growth targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Engineering or related science preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel-based selling, or 3+ years managing sales personnel in industrial markets such as Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, or Water Markets, including mobile filtration solutions and water treatment services.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing contracts over $1 million in premium-priced products in both channel and direct sales structures.
• Ability to travel 50-70% of the time throughout the Western United States.
