Regional Sales Manager West - Industrial - Trojan

Position Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth and expanding direct sales and profit margins within the assigned territory. Establishes and maintains professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts, meeting targets for sales volume and margin dollars.

Key Responsibilities

1. Represent Trojan Technologies to prospective customers for Mobile Rental and System Sales activities within your territory. Drive new customer acquisition, meet with customers, and cultivate strategic partnerships.
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans by managing opportunities and sales funnels using Trojan Technologies' CRM system.
3. Meet or exceed growth targets for new customers and sales funnel development.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Engineering or related science preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel sales, or 3+ years managing sales personnel in industrial markets such as Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, or Water markets, including mobile filtration solutions and water treatment services.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing contracts over $1 million in premium-priced products in both channel-based and direct sales structures.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in the Western US, within an hour’s drive of a major airport.
• Experience with Water as a Service or water mobile filtration rentals.
