Job summary

Morgan Olson LLC in the United States is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to promote and sell Morgan Olson Class 1-2 van bodies across defined markets, driving revenue and growth.

You will build relationships, manage accounts, attend trade shows, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions. This role requires 5+ years in sales, CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ work experience in sales.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Strong CRM skills; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish business rapport with current customers and potential new customers.
• Prospect new accounts and follow-up on existing customers for growth.
• Develop customer base to meet sales forecasts and budgets.
• Attend trade shows and association meetings as required.
• Provide quotes and write orders; complete call reports and account updates.
• Work with internal departments to support Morgan Olson’s PPS team efforts.
