Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking an experienced West-Midwest Sales Manager to lead commercial execution, channel strategy, and revenue growth across a $50M+ portfolio of valves and automation products. You will manage a team of Sales Engineers, drive end-user engagement, and coordinate with distributors to defend AVL listings while expanding Flowserve's market presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; equivalent experience accepted.
7+ years in industrial flow control sales, valves or actuation.
3+ years leading outside sales teams or equivalent.
Proven track record growing distribution networks and channel partners.
Willingness to travel about 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Engineers and sales staff.
Formulate regional channel distribution strategies and annual plans.
Drive growth for Flowserve’s valve portfolio across key industries.
Collaborate with end users, distributors, and manufacturing to win opportunities.
Coordinate with operations and product management to resolve escalations and forecast accurately.
Maintain robust opportunity tracking and regional forecasting for leadership reviews.
