Job Overview:

The Regional Manager will possess high technical aptitude, influence brand preference, and articulate value propositions effectively. Responsible for influencing purchasing decisions related to Milton Roy pump and mixer technologies across the Northeast US, covering industries such as chemical processing, oil & gas, industrial, and water treatment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Execute strategic plans to grow sales and support regional activities.
  2. Collaborate with sister companies for market synergies.
  3. Understand target markets, products, and industries to add value.
  4. Recommend channel partner strategies to meet financial goals.
  5. Manage sales channels, set targets, review performance, and develop strategies.
  6. Provide technical and sales training to channel partners.
  7. Maintain marketplace intelligence and update the Distributor Dashboard.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • High mechanical aptitude with relevant experience and training.
  • 5+ years selling pumps and process equipment.
Core Competencies:
  • Experience selling through channels and managing key accounts.
  • Knowledge of chemical processes and pump technologies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proven sales track record and regional knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
Preferences:
  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
Travel & Work:

Approximately 65% travel expected.
