Job Overview:

The Regional Manager should have high technical aptitude and influence brand preference, especially in flow control and chemical injection applications across Northeast US states, serving industries like chemical processing, oil & gas, and water treatment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Execute strategic plans to grow sales and support regional sales activities.
  2. Collaborate with sister companies for market synergies.
  3. Bring value through knowledge of target markets and products.
  4. Recommend channel partner changes and market segmentation strategies.
  5. Manage sales channels, set targets, review performance, and develop strategies.
  6. Provide technical product and sales training to channel partners.
  7. Report marketplace changes and maintain a Distributor Dashboard for strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience in technology and industries related to pumps and process equipment.
  • 5+ years selling pumps and related equipment.
Core Competencies:
  • Experience selling through channels and managing key accounts.
  • Knowledge of chemical processes and pump technologies.
  • Relationship-building skills based on credibility and integrity.
  • Proven sales track record and working with specifying engineers.
  • Existing customer relationships and regional knowledge.
  • Self-motivated, professional, with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, ERP.
Preferences:
  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
Travel & Work:

Approximately 65% travel expected.
