MinIO is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for Southern California. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, across commercial and mid-market accounts.

You’ll articulate MinIO’s data and memory foundation benefits to both technical and business stakeholders, and collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to drive value and growth. You will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and help expand from product-led to hybrid, sales-driven growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS or infrastructure sales with quota attainment.
• Experience sourcing and closing new customers in enterprise or mid-market.
• Ability to expand and retain accounts via cross-sell and upsell.
• Engagement with technical buyers (VPs of Infrastructure, Eng, Architect).

Aufgaben

• New business development across commercial and mid-market accounts.
• Expand and retain strategic accounts with cross-sell and upsell.
• Articulate MinIO’s value to technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline with disciplined forecasting.
• Use MEDDPICC to qualify deals and drive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity in Salesforce.
