Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a Sales Manager - Service Center and Processor, Southeast, to drive growth across a multi-state Southeast region. You will manage key accounts, lead direct selling, and work with senior leadership to craft regional sales strategies and programs.

The role requires deep knowledge of industrial products, consultative selling, and the ability to secure purchase orders while traveling extensively within the SE region.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex industrial engineered products to multiple customer departments.
• Strong sales skills with ability to negotiate price, delivery, and contracts.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within the Southeast region.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the annual sales plan and grow top line in assigned region.
• Manage key accounts and generate new business opportunities.
• Lead direct selling to account decision makers and coordinate with sales team.
• Develop segment-based marketing strategies and sales programs.
• Provide management with quotations, orders, and regional sales reporting.
