Job summary

DuPont is seeking a regional sales professional to drive growth across Northern California and Nevada. The role focuses on promoting our Tyvek and Tychem portfolios via distribution channels, building brand power, and closing high-value end-user opportunities.

You will train channel sellers, craft compelling value propositions, and close threats with cross-functional support. Travel is required 25–50% to cover the region and participate in industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in safety industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel 25–50% overnight.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build regional sales strategies and hit targets.
• Develop and pursue new business opportunities with distributors and end-users.
• Deliver product demos and training.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline and account plans.
• Represent DuPont at trade shows and events.
