Job summary

DuPont is seeking a regional sales professional to drive growth for the DuPont Tyvek and Tychem portfolios through our distribution channel. You will train channel sellers, tailor value propositions, close high-value opportunities, and manage end-user penetration across your region.

Responsibilities include executing regional sales strategies, nurturing distributor relationships, delivering product demos, and maintaining Salesforce pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience (safety industry preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute regional sales strategies to hit targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Grow strong relationships with customers, distributors, and rep firms.
• Deliver product demos, presentations, and customer training.
• Track market trends and competitor activity.
• Engage channel and distributor sellers to close high-value end-user deals.
• Maintain the Salesforce.com pipeline, account plans, and call reports.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on the DPP portfolio.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Represent DuPont at trade shows and industry events.
