Job summary

Koch-Chemie USA is seeking a field-basedSales Executive in the Oklahoma City region to drive revenue growth and expand distributor and customer relationships. You will manage the full sales cycle, demonstrate products, train customers, and report progress to leadership.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with willingness to travel extensively and work independently to meet targets. A company vehicle is provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in automotive, chemical, or related B2B environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style.

Responsibilities

• Full revenue development and growth responsibility within the Oklahoma City region.
• Develop and manage distributor and end-customer relationships.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and regional market potential.
• Provide ongoing support and development for existing accounts.
• Plan and execute product demonstrations and trainings across the full portfolio.
• Structure and manage leads, prospects, and sales activities.
• Report regularly and coordinate with the National Sales Manager.
• Represent Koch-Chemie USA at customer appointments and industry events.
