Vogelsang USA, Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Municipal Wastewater, to grow Vogelsang’s municipal market presence across the Western Territory.

You will own the sales process from identification through order closure, engaging municipal end users, engineering firms, and channel partners. This role emphasizes prospecting, relationship building, and pipeline development with travel to plants and engineering firms, supported by product and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Civil, Process, Water Resources, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant technical sales experience in municipal wastewater equipment or related technologies.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and grow territory.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of pumping systems and wastewater processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve bookings, revenue, and gross margin in the Western Territory.
• Prospect for new business with wastewater plants, utilities, contractors, and municipalities.
• Visit plant managers, engineers, and decision-makers to advance opportunities.
• Build relationships with consultants and channel partners to secure specifications and orders.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and activity plans to manage the territory.
