Job summary

Eversys North America is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our winning sales team for the Mountain West region. The role targets strong B2B sales, closing inbound leads, and delivering on annual sales targets through demonstrations and strategic outreach.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in quota-driven outside sales within the food/beverage equipment sector, excellence in relationship building, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle B2B outside sales with quota attainment.
• Experience selling in commercial food/beverage equipment or related sectors.
• Strong relationship management and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform outreach to target clients and close inbound leads.
• Schedule setup and perform equipment demonstrations.
• Use market data, company sales strategy and market feedback to deliver on annual sales targets.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and reports for your region.
• Interacting with and making sales calls to key decision-makers and influencers including coffee roasters, distributors, corporate clients, and end-users.
• Maintain a pulse on the regional marketplace and provide feedback on the performance of the sales strategy in your region.
• Assist or lead on larger corporate sales projects as determined by senior management.
• Represent Eversys at various industry trade shows and events.
• Up to 70% travel within the region.
• Other tasks as required.
