Are you ready to drive success in the sauna industry? Sauna360 seeks a motivated Regional Sales Manager to provide consultation and support to sauna dealers within a designated territory. This field-based role offers the opportunity to train dealers, develop new business, and significantly impact our company's growth. As a key team member, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing dealer effectiveness as sauna retailers while proactively selling Sauna360 products through the dealer channel.

The Midwest territory includes parts of Canada and the US. Candidates should be located in Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. We offer competitive compensation based on experience, skills, education, and location. The anticipated base pay ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 annually, plus quarterly and annual bonuses/commissions.

CREATING HEAT WAVE
  • Drive Sales Growth: Establish and meet annual sales budgets by product category in your territory, ensuring profitability for dealers and Sauna360.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships through meaningful communication, dealer visits, and follow-up to foster lasting partnerships.
  • Identify Market Opportunities: Seek new business in open markets and convert prospects into Sauna360 dealers to expand our network.
  • Provide Training: Offer comprehensive sales and marketing training to dealers, empowering them to succeed.
  • Implement Strategic Initiatives: Deploy sales and marketing programs effectively, creating consistent customer experiences and providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Represent the Brand: Attend trade shows and promotional events, building brand presence and maintaining detailed records for reporting.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's Degree or college coursework preferred; at least five years' experience in wholesale and retail sales, or equivalent.
  • Experience in sauna sales or consumer products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Strong motivation, teamwork, and revenue growth skills.
  • Key competencies include adaptability, communication, customer focus, decision-making, technical skills, initiative, organization, professionalism, strategic agility, and managerial courage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math and interpret data and technical instructions.
  • Willingness to travel at least 120 days per year.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; organized and detail-oriented.
  • Valid driver's license with a good record.
