Job summary

Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead multiple branch locations (Medina, Mentor, Bedford, Elyria) and drive profitable growth across the region.

You will oversee regional P&L and mentor Branch Managers and the Outside Sales team. This role requires strong leadership, financial savvy, and the ability to build high-performing teams while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational execution across branches.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for business results.
• Strong financial, sales, and operational acumen.
• Experience developing leaders and building high-performing sales teams in distribution industry preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Foster alignment to Wolff Bros Core Values
• Distribution, wholesale, construction supply, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing industry experience preferred.
