Konecranes is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Demag Drives in a remote-based role, willing to relocate or reside in many western states. You will drive business development, manage distributor and OEM accounts, and provide technical support and training to maximize sales across product categories.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial sales, a mechanical/engineering mindset, and the ability to travel up to 60% domestically.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Sales Manager in industrial/capital equipment.
• Experience selling to OEMs is a plus.
• Long-term sales cycle with account management and service.
• Engineering and problem-solving aptitude.
• Must travel domestically up to 60%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain distributor networks and OEM accounts to maximize sales potential.
• Provide long-term account management with technical assistance and training.
• Keep customers informed about products, prices, programs, and terms.
• Prepare quotes for new product sales in conformance with pricing policies.
• Meet established sales quotas by securing Demag Drives orders.
• Report expenses monthly and maximize time and investment efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM documentation and perform other duties as assigned.
