Drive Performance:Monitor key sales metrics, champion CRM adoption, enforce accountability, and cultivate a results-driven culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, operations, and other divisions to maximize opportunities and deliver cohesive customer value.
Market Expertise:Use industry data and analytics to identify trends, guide rental fleet planning, and ensure competitive positioning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of experience in the heavy equipment rental industry.
Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams.
Strong knowledge of construction equipment and rental market dynamics.
Must reside within commuting distance of the Los Angeles/Inland Empire region.
Willingness to travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel (up to 25%).
