Job summary

Brivo is hiring a Sales Engineer to support our field sales team by engaging directly with dealers, conducting product demonstrations, and managing a test lab for new products. This remote position is ideally located in or near North Texas. You will play a vital role in technical training and sales initiatives.

Qualified candidates need a background in physical security or access control, engaging communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. We offer a competitive benefits package including medical plans, a 401(k) with company match, and a vibrant team culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a pre-sales technical professional in physical security or access control.
• Experience crafting responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Proficiency in creating bills of materials (BOM).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth among independent and national resellers.
• Serve as primary sales and technical advisor for Brivo products.
• Conduct system demonstrations for resellers and end-users.

Skills

Experience in physical security or access control

Proficiency with LucidChart

Strong communication skills

Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations

Capable of lifting 50 lbs

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
