Job summary

Fibergrate Composite Structures, a division of RPM International, is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager located in Arizona. You will manage Territory Managers and Manufacturers’ Reps, leading sales efforts and programs within the assigned region.

The role requires strategic development of sales plans, pursuit of new business, and ongoing relationship management with major customers. Travel up to 50% may be needed; base + bonus with OTE $245K+ is offered, along with competitive benefits

Qualifications

• 5 years of Building Products experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute the annual sales plan across the region.
• Identify and train Manufacturers’ Reps, Distributors, and Territory Managers.
• Develop schedules for ongoing major customer contacts within the region.
• Prepare and monitor annual business plans and forecasts.
• Provide accurate quotations and support to other functions.
