A leading fiberglass manufacturer is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Arizona and neighboring states. This remote position offers a base salary of $70,000 plus uncapped commission potential, flexible schedules, and extensive sales training. • Track daily activities accurately in Salesforce CRM.

Base Salary Range: $70,000 + UNCAPPED Commission potential....

Fibergrate is looking for a Territory Manager for our Southwest Territory.

If you are applying, you must reside within the Phoenix area. You will cover Arizona, New Mexico, El Paso, TX, Nevada (Las Vegas, Clark County) to Winnemucca, NV.

This is a remote position when not out in the field.

• In-depth sales product training divided into phases over two years

We need your help to:

• Maximize revenue throughout defined territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect throughout territory to develop new customers and opportunities.
• Manage sales backlog to ensure orders are shipped to customers expeditiously.
• Build relationships with general contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Prepare proposals & presentations.
• Pursue all leads generated from website, referrals, internal, etc.
• Accurately track and record daily activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Fibergrate products to sell value.
• Maintain acceptable account receivables for the territory.

Supplemental Pay Types: Uncapped Commission Pay, car allowance and expenses

Benefits: 401k w/company match after 90-day eligibility period, PENSION PLAN, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance after 30 days eligibility period, flexible schedule, life insurance, tuition reimbursement.
