Dynatron Software is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for TN/KY/WV to drive growth and revenue in a strategic U.S. territory. Located in the region, you will own the go-to-market strategy, manage all aspects of the sales process, and lead dealer engagements to expand Dynatron's footprint.

You'll collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Enablement to hit monthly and annual targets, maintain a disciplined SugarCRM pipeline, and represent The Dynatron Way in every dealership interaction.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in automotive fixed operations.
• Proven territory sales or regional leadership experience.
• Ability to build relationships with dealership leaders.
• Strong prospecting, presentations, and deal-closure skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Experience with SugarCRM and sales tech platforms.
