Job summary
Dynatron Software is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for TN/KY/WV to drive regional growth and revenue. You will own the go-to-market strategy, expand existing dealer relationships, and champion Dynatron’s automotive service analytics and workflow solutions across the territory.
You will lead direct sales efforts, manage a regional pipeline, and engage dealership leaders through in-person visits and tailored demonstrations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in automotive fixed operations.
- Proven territory sales or regional leadership experience.
- Ability to build relationships with dealership leaders and influence purchases.
- Experience with high-volume field sales cadence, prospecting, presentations, and closing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (SugarCRM) and sales tech.
Responsibilities
- Lead revenue generation and market expansion across the region.
- Develop and execute a regional business plan grounded in data and dealer relationships.
- Engage dealership decision-makers with in-person visits and tailored Dynatron solutions.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and document opportunities in CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Enablement to align go-to-market strategies.
