Dynatron Software is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for TN/KY/WV to drive regional growth and revenue performance across the automotive service sector. You will own the go-to-market strategy, build dealership relationships, and lead a data-driven sales approach.

In this remote-first role, you will manage full lifecycle from prospecting to close, leverage SugarCRM, and collaborate with marketing and enablement to maximize impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in automotive fixed operations or related sales leadership roles.
Proven success in territory sales and regional leadership.
Ability to build relationships with dealership leaders and influence decisions.
Experience in high-volume, field-based sales cadence with prospecting and closing.

Responsibilities

Lead revenue generation and market expansion across the region while meeting targets.
Own all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to close, including upsells and partner sales.
Develop a regional business plan grounded in data and dealership relationships.
Maintain pipeline discipline using SugarCRM and collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing.
