Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment, an Aebi Schmidt brand in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover VA, WV, and MD. You will manage a geographic territory, grow revenue, and maintain key accounts while building new relationships.

You will use CRM to track opportunities, present our value proposition to customers, and collaborate with teams to improve market share and pricing. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Up to 50% travel within the designated territory.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Mechanical aptitude is extremely beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CRM tools to record customer interactions and maintain customer opportunity information.
• Perform client presentations, articulating the value proposition of product, solution, and service offerings from Monroe Truck Equipment. Provide management with suggestions for improving products, market share and price levels.
