Regional Sales Representative

CityView - Remote

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Representative to help grow the customer base in the US for our CityView line of business. This is a 100% remote position with approximately 25%-40% travel involved for in-person customer meetings, demos, and attending conferences/trade shows. The role involves prospecting, cold calling, account management, and hands-on skills with tools like ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications.

This position offers a starting base salary between $70,000 - $80,000 USD/year plus uncapped commissions based on experience.

What Your Impact Will Be
  1. Analyze the territory/market potential and plan & execute targeted prospecting activities and events to drive pipeline growth.
  2. Make cold calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  3. Develop and execute regional territory sales plan.
  4. Create clear and effective proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers and ensure timely RFP responses.
  5. Acquire detailed product and service knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  6. Obtain in-depth knowledge of competitors and monitor competitive activities.
  7. Record all activities with customers and prospects in Salesforce CRM.
  8. Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
  9. Forecast sales bookings accurately for the month, quarter, and year.
  10. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer group meetings.
  11. Build and foster strong relationships within customer accounts, focusing on end-user satisfaction.
  12. The ideal candidate is curious, reliable, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and passion for learning.
What We Are Looking For
  1. 5 to 10 years of sales experience.
  2. Solid expertise in Community Development solutions.
  3. Experience in the local government market segment.
  4. Proven track record of selling complex community development software into local government customers.
  5. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  6. Experience selling complex software and SaaS solutions with multi-year deal cycles.
  7. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  8. Ability to deliver complex software demos effectively.
  9. Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft applications.
  10. Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
  11. Curiosity and passion for continuous learning.
  12. Self-motivated and results-oriented personality.
  13. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  14. Persistence, resourcefulness, and high integrity.
  15. Ability to follow a proven sales process consistently.
