A leading global specialty chemicals company seeks a Regional Sales Manager responsible for managing customer accounts, developing new market leads, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and business development skills, along with a degree in Chemistry or a related field, and have significant experience in a sales-focused environment.

The Regional Sales Manager is the principal point of contact between the business and its customers and will ensure that current customers have the right products and services. They will identify new markets, and customer leads and pitch prospective customers.

Qualifications & Experience:
The expected salary range for this role is $117,000 to $140,000, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
