Description: Under the direction of the Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will lead and coach a team of sales professionals who are responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy within assigned territories, driving revenue growth by executing on their sales strategy, and obtaining new sales in their assigned segment. To succeed, you must demonstrate strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of sales methodologies, and the ability to foster a high-performing sales team that achieves and exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Implement the overall Sales strategy in coordination with ImageTrend senior leadership and advise on potential opportunities and risks
  • Design and implement processes and standard operating procedures to help the team reach and exceed annual growth targets
  • Develop and maintain high levels of team engagement and communication, conduct routine performance reporting, strategic planning, and business reviews
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals within the assigned region, account and product segments
  • Teach and reinforce the ImageTrend sales methodology to advance needed sales skills
  • Coach sales professionals at multiple levels how to design a sales strategy and drive revenue growth and model how to properly lead client facing meetings through training and attending sales calls with reps
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the sales team including, maintain an accurate opportunity forecast, manage escalations from direct reports, ensure the delivery and documentation of high-quality engagements throughout the customer-lifecycle and facilitate weekly one-on-one and team meetings
  • Create and maintain an updated forecast to predict future business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure we constantly deliver value to our customers
  • Ensure all sales and company policies and processes are followed, including accurately recording all activities, opportunities or other required data in CRM
  • Track and analyze sales related activities to understand and capitalize on performance and deliver regular reports or other data as requested to leadership
  • Travel to orientation, industry or company events, or other onsite meetings as required
  • Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in business, marketing, or comparable degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in a technology related sales or business development role with consistent track record in meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, presentation skills, both virtual and onsite, and the ability to influence the decision-making of key stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills, including the ability to deliver results and lead within a collaborative team environment
  • Experience utilizing enterprise and sales technologies or similar tools such as: Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the Sandler and Solution Sales Methodology or other similar sales frameworks and the ability to use a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new tools and systems, including and the ability to understand and demonstrate ImageTrend solutions during sales opportunities or when using new enterprise applications
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, along with the ability to quickly develop and manage multiple relationships simultaneously to achieve desired results
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset and thrives in a culture of coaching and feedback, while also encouraging self-reflection and professional development for direct reports
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, including ability to document customer interactions according to standard procedures and hold team accountable for meeting data hygiene requirements
  • Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
  • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
  • Ability to travel 50% or more as required depending on business and team needs

This role can be performed 100% virtually anywhere in the US while following our Remote Work Policy. Deadline to apply is at least 3 days after the posting date listed.

Position Salary Range: The annual base salary range for this full-time role is $85,000 - $130,000 USD + variable commission + benefits + perks + community gains. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, education or training and other relevant qualifications. On Target Earning potential is 2x the base salary (50/50 structure) and achieved through 100% goal attainment within the agreed upon Sales Compensation Plan.
