What You’ll Do

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that drive regional revenue growth and support key OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) accounts. You’ll work closely with internal teams: engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience while identifying new business opportunities. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow key OEM accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and alignment with strategic goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer needs accurately and on time
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities
  • Provide regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and business reports to senior leadership
  • Represent Coilmaster at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
  • Proven HVAC product sales experience; HVAC application programming is a plus
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for tracking and reporting
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within your assigned region

Preferred:

  • Experience within the HVAC or related industrial sectors
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and sales forecasting tools
